You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE SO SEND THE ORDERS?
We usually try to send the orders on the following day that it was placed, but in some cases and depending on the volume of orders, we may take 2-4 business days to send it out. We appreciate your patience.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SEND THE ORDERS?
We usually deliver with USPS Priority Mail for orders within the US, which takes 2-3 business days but in some cases it may take longer. We appreciate your patience and apologize on behalf of USPS for any delays.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship most of our orders from Miami, Florida, USA. In some cases we ship from Los Angeles, California.
DO YOU DO ONE-DAY DELIVERIES?
Because after the pandemic, the shipping carriers may take longer to deliver a package, we no longer offer one day delivery. Please don't place an order if you need it for the next day or two.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT DURING A SALE?

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please go to our Returns section at the footer of the website and follow the instructions provided. Make sure your item is unworn and has all the tags and security ribbon. Also make sure to indicate your order number and name.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
For any exchange, please send us back the item using the same instructions given on our Returns section and include a note inside the package indicating what size you wish to exchange for. If we don't have the item, we will send you an email and offer you a refund or gift card. If we do, we will send it to you free of cost using the same address you gave us in the original order.
CAN I MAKE MY RETURN AT A GAROTA STORE DIRECTLY?
Yes, you can take the item you wish to return to any of our stores but the refund is not immediate. An associate will assist you and receive the item and request a refund for you. Please wait up to 2 business days to get the refund email notification.
CAN I GET A RETURN LABEL IF I DON'T LIKE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not cover for the return cost. Please use your trusted carrier. We recommend USPS for orders in the US.
I RECEIVED A REFUND NOTIFICATION BUT THE MONEY IS STILL NOT ON MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Refunds may take up to 10 business days or sometimes even a little longer depending on your bank. Please allow it some time to arrive and otherwise please contact your bank.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do offer international shipping. Just take your items to your shopping cart and introduce your address at checkout and the system will offer shipping options for you. We recommend using UPS for international orders.
WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT?
Sometimes USPS changes the status to Delivered when the item is Out for Delivery so please give it a couple of days. Otherwise please check with your neighbors or leasing office or mailbox if there is one. If you still can't find it, please call USPS with your tracking number at (800) 275-8777.
WHY DID I RECEIVE TWO OR MORE TRACKING NUMBERS FROM ONE ORDER?
Sometimes we have to send the items from different locations and in some cases, some take a little longer to arrive than others. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN AN ITEM SAYS PRE-ORDER?
When an item is in Pre-order, it means it will take about a week or a little longer to ship. Usually less than two weeks.
